This privacy policy explains how Male Hospital (malehospital.com), operated under the management of International Clinics, Istanbul, Turkey, collects and uses personal data. We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Information you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or forms: your name, contact details, age, health information, test results and images you choose to share.
• Website usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google services (Google Analytics / Site Kit).
• Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.

Health data

Health information is special-category data. We only process it with your explicit consent, only to answer your questions, prepare a treatment plan and coordinate your care with the treating doctor. Access is limited to the medical consultant and the doctor involved in your care.

We share it only with the treating doctor and clinic, service providers needed for your trip (for example hotels and transfer companies, only the data they need), IT and hosting providers that process data on our behalf, and authorities when the law requires it. Messaging services such as WhatsApp process data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and provide care, and medical records for the periods required by Turkish law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, and ask for a copy of your data.
